Spook-O-Ree 2017 - Walking Zombies

**FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER ON YOUR OWN** 

**SATURDAY- Breakfast and Bag Lunch will be provided**

**Tent Camping is encouraged, Cabins will be available on a first come first serve basis. Contact office to make arrangements**

 

 

Why

To provide Cub Scouts and their Siblings an opportunity to experience the fun and adventure of going camping.  Cub Scouts and Siblings will have as a family and also with their Pack.

WHAT TO PACK

Overnighters: 

Participants Should Bring:

Light foam camping pad
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Flashlight
Necessary toiletries
Washcloth and/or hand towel
Light jacket/sweatshirt
Sleepwear
One change of clothes
Rain Gear (Depending on the weather)
Comfortable shoes
Sunscreen
Water bottle
Camera (optional)

Saturday Only Participants:

Registration starts at 7:00am. Field Uniform, Activity Uniform (Pack Shirt) or Cub Scout colored attire (blue and gold).

 

Arrival

-Check In on Friday is at 4pm - No early entry.  All participants will report to the office to check in.  Walk guide is needed for vehicles dropping off equipment.  Gate will close at 6pm. All Unauthorize Vehicles must be out of camp.

-Saturday - Check in is at 7am at the office. (For those who are not camping)

-Saturday Closing - Vehicles will be allowed to pick up equipment with a walk guide.  Times for this will be announced at event. 

**Closed-toe shoes are required** - Faliure of this will result in not entering camp.

 

All Cub Scouts must present a copy of their Medical form (Parts A & B) at check-in. Click on the link to download a copy.

Before 10/14/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Adult Leader/Parent Registrants.

Before 10/14/2017 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all Sibling- 6 yrs old and above Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for this event. There are only transfers for this event.
